“I had the pleasure of staying in the exceptional ‘Arches’ at Woodmill and from the moment I arrived I felt an ease of tranquillity and calm. The Arches itself, a converted mill barn, is an incredibly stylish, spacious five star stay. The interior oozes light, design and multiple places to relax throughout your stay. My favourite place was the living room where the focal point is a beautiful arch window with countryside views - my mornings consisted of waking up with a cup of coffee and merely sitting there appreciating the views. Clare and Steven were exceptional hosts, they checked in ensuring we had all the relevant essential goods & were familiar with the local surroundings. I could not recommend enough a weekend retreat or few days away here, you are surrounded by Scotland’s finest woodland and countryside on your doorstop whilst retreating to a luxury, cosy abode in the evening.

“Woodmill Arches is probably the most special place I have stayed in. The location is very rural and quiet and is perfect to just switch off. You can go for a morning walk through the countryside and then come back and enjoy the amazing views outside of the huge window. The barn conversion has been done to a very high standard and feels very special. Clare being a lighting expert makes the place even more unique and you can see the attention to every detail. There is an incredible speaker set up in the living room too. If you need a place that's comfortable, quiet and special, then this place is perfect. It was immaculate. We hope to be back soon.

Honestly perfect! Can’t fault anything from the actual property itself to the owner, both absolutely lovely. Place was so clean and had everything you could possibly need (and more!). The photos don’t do this place justice and Clare was fantastic in answering any queries and communicating all the way throughout. 10/10 would recommend - and have done to absolutely everyone!
